Gathering, cooking, tasting ...

Because practising by yourself is more fun, we periodically organise workshops to discover edible wild resources.
Plants, algaes or mushrooms depending on the seasons and the places... Come with us to the land and learn how to identify and pick them, then to the kitchen to cook them and of course eat them.
Except in special cases (tide tables for example), the workshops take place on Sundays or public holidays. They usually start in the morning (9:00 am) with the finding and gathering, and they finish in the early afternoon (2:30 pm) after cooking and eating.
In order to make the most of these workshops, the groups led by 2 guides are limited to 15-20 participants for each sessions.
